Abandoned Calls (Outbound Call Center Dialer)
The discussion about outbound call center dialer scenario’s. An abandoned call refers to a call that is technically disconnected by an automated dialer, once live individual is detected, as there was no live active agent available to take that call therefore leading to the call being considered as an abandoned call. Some calls can be considered abandoned connections. These alternative communication platforms that the client uses with the company through their contact center sometimes end before the inception of any trouble shooting conversation begins. These are additionally called abandoned connections.
